We aim to print and package unframed prints and unstretched canvases within one working day of order placement. Our standard deliveries to UK addresses should arrive one to two working days after this.

Express Shipping in the United Kingdom and Eire
As a standard, we ship orders containing only unframed prints and unstretched canvases with two-day shipping. If you have special delivery needs, such as Saturday delivery or delivery before a certain time, please specify your shipping requirements with our customer service team when we contact you about your online order. Please note that the selection of this service does not alter the estimated despatch date that we expect your order to leave our warehouse.

P.O. Boxes
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Taxes
Shipping costs shown include VAT at the standard UK rate. Orders shipping to EU countries will be quoted with VAT and orders shipping outside of the EU will not be subject to VAT.
Duty
Orders shipping outside of the UK may be liable to local taxes or duties. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order at any time prior to despatch. Simply send us an email to sales@kingandmcgaw.com with 'Order Cancellation' in the subject line and your order details.
