Accounts

Credit facilities are available upon request - 30 days after credit approval. All non-account customers must pre-pay orders.

Proforma

Production of frames and stretched canvases does not begin until payment is received for the order. Our policy is that payment by cheque will be banked one week before despatch. For print and unstretched canvas orders, credit/debit card payment will be taken on day of despatch will be despatched on that day.

Payments

Payments by cheque should be made to King & McGaw Ltd.

We accept card payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Solo and Switch. Credit card payments may be subject to a 2.5% handling charge.

Small orders

Print and unstretched canvas orders under £30 at trade incur a £5 handling charge in addition to delivery charges. Framed orders under £200 will incur a £20 handling charge in addition to delivery charges. Stretched canvas orders under £75 at trade will incur a £10 handling charge in addition to delivery charges.

Lead time

Dates quoted for deliveries are approximate. Framed and stretched canvas orders can vary - please ask for further delivery details when ordering. We aim to despatch print-only orders on day of ordering. Print orders including unstretched canvases and giclees will normally be despatched within 24 hours of ordering.

Backorders

Out of stock prints will only be backordered upon request.

Damages/replacements

Damages and mis-shipments must be reported within three working days as it will not be possible to address queries after this time. Replacements or credits will be made on defective products. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Sizes/colours

Please do not cut frames, glass or mount board before receipt of your prints as dimensions may vary slightly from those shown in the catalogue. Moulding, mount board and print colours are depicted as accurately as possible but occasional variations do occur. Please check image and paper sizes as some prints are illustrated without borders.

Sale of goods

All goods remain the property of King and McGaw until paid for in full. We do not operate a sale or return policy.
