Carl Larsson (1985-1919) was a Swedish painter whose work is associated with both Realism and the Arts and Crafts movement. Larsson and his wife Karin had eight children and he is best known for his watercolour depictions of their peaceful domestic life.
We started out as a small screenprinter in a Brighton basement. Today we've grown to a factory and design studio in Newhaven. Headed by founder Gyr King, we have a simple ethos to bring inspiring, affordable art to everyone.
The print arrived promptly, very well packaged in recyclable cardboard.
Frame and print were exactly as described on the website, complete and ready to hang.
Unfortunately, my picture was totally destroyed after five days so I never got to hang it on the wall. Judging by the difficulty with breaking it up, it seemed very robust and well constructed.
Overall fairly expensive, but worth it if you really want that print well framed.
Outstanding - I am delighted with the picture and the frame.
The colours are more vibrant than what I have seen on other, perhaps faded or less well reproduced, copies. There is a real warmth about this snowy picture.
Frame is well made - the picture looks particularly well surrounded by grey and, a white mount. The item was well packaged.
I had to contact King and McGraw about another matter and I found their customer support to be excellent.
