Margaret Winifred Tarrant (1888-1959) was the only child of Percy Tarrant, the landscape painter. She studied at Clapham School of Art and Heatherley's School of Art. From 1921 she worked largely for the Medici Society, painting children's pictures, flowers and views of the Surrey countryside where she lived.

The colours were good on the print and the staff were very helpful to answer any queries. The print arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. Our little grandson will be delighted to have it in his bedroom.

Very pleased with this purchase. The framed print was inspirational, not for the picture alone but because the frame was as near to perfect in build and proportion as could be imagined. I dislike the idea of "value for money"...most things worth having are only worth having to the recipient and putting a value on whatever it may be is about as difficult as asking somebody to define "love". However, I would willingly have paid more! Mick Wells
