Tom Hammick

Born in 1963, Tom Hammick currently works between his painting and printmaking studios in South East London. His work is informed by a passion for poetry, music, film, the environment and concerns of love and loss and the human condition around climate change.

Hammick studied Art History at the University of Manchester and later Fine Art Painting at Camberwell College of Art and the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design in Canada. He has an MA in Printmaking, also from Camberwell, and taught Fine Art Painting and Printmaking at the University of Brighton.
