‘Hi, The picture/frame is great quality and looks really good; I would recommend you further. Although I'm aware that the delivery service is "exempted" from your direct responsibility, there is definately "room for improvement" resp. complaint: On 24. Oct I was informed by you that my order was on its way. Your email included a number of information bullet points including "... all deliveries require signature on receipt...". - Delivery was made weekend 26/27 Oct - Recipient was not at home to accept delivery - Information was received from courier that neighbour "Craig" had accepted delivery - There is no "Craig" living in any one of the short row of terraced houses, nor did any neighbour accept this picture. It is also noted that even if a neighbour had accepted, they would NOT have simply left it outside the back door exposed to the weather - Picture was simply left by the back door which has no shelter whatsoever Fortunately the picture was retrieved Sunday by recipient without any damage.
