Frank Newbould (1887-1951) was educated at Bradford College of Art and Camberwell School of Art.
He was a prolific poster designer, whose clients included the London Underground, mainline railway and shipping companies. In 1942 he joined the War Office, where he was an assistant to Abram Games and designed the series of posters with the slogan 'Your Britain: Fight for it Now'.
We started out as a small screenprinter in a Brighton basement. Today we've grown to a factory and design studio in Newhaven. Headed by founder Gyr King, we have a simple ethos to bring inspiring, affordable art to everyone.
