John James Audubon (1785-1851), was an American ornithologist, naturalist, and painter, noted for his extensive studies documenting all types of American birds and for his detailed illustrations depicting the birds in their natural habitats.
His major work, a colour-plate book entitled The Birds of America (1827-39), is considered one of the finest ornithological works ever completed. Audubon identified 25 new species.

Really pleased with the quality of this print and the frame I chose. It's a Christmas present for an Audubon fan and I'm confident it will go down well!

I bought this to hang in a recently refurbished bathroom and it looks amazing. The quality of the print is excellent, the frame looks and feels expensive but luckily it wasn't. This was the first time I used King and McGaw and I have been recommending them ever since my pelican arrived.
