Kathy Ramsay Carr is a Devon-based abstract painter inspired by coastlines, beaches and moorland. Her contemplative landscapes are painterly, creating an impasto texture- explore more about Kathy's work in her artist spotlight. 
Having lived in British Columbia and working as the Head of Design in the National University of Mexico, her work is influenced by her international life.
