‘We had been looking in gallery’s and antique shops for the right sized picture for our bedroom for roughly seven months. We knew about King & McGaw but we wanted something less commercial, or so we thought. In the end we gave in and ordered the Lowry print. When it arrived we couldn’t believe the quality of the print and the frame. Particularly the frame which was high end. We chose ‘The Beach’ as it wasn’t one of Lowrys works that is particularly well know, also it was the size we wanted of course. Well worth the money and we are going to buy another for the spare bedroom. This time from a lesser known artist we think. Well done good job.’
