Three Worlds

M. C. Escher (1898–1972) was a Dutch graphic artist renowned for his mathematically inspired work. At a time when abstract art dominated, Escher forged a unique path by blending meticulous draftsmanship with self-taught principles of geometry. His lithographs and wood engravings transform mathematical concepts into striking visual illusions. Over a 60-year career, he produced just 448 prints, an average of 7 to 8 per year, each demanding exceptional precision and time. Discover Escher’s world of paradox and pattern through our faithfully reproduced fine art prints.
