Sally Crosthwaite Art Prints

Sally Crosthwaite b. Woking, England 1944-2017. Sally began painting flowers as a child. In 1994 she took Anne-Marie Evans's Botanical Illustration course at The English Gardening School. Her work is in collections at the Hunt Institute for Botanical Documentation, the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew and other UK and foreign collections. Sally's tulip and fruit and Agapanthus paintings appear on porcelain plates including a set of tulips on a Limoges dinner service. Sally was awarded a Royal Horticultural Society Gold Medal for her paintings of plants from the Iridaceae family. She was a Founder Member of the Chelsea Physic Garden Florilegium Society and belonged to the American Society of Botanical Artists.
