‘I was initially sent a totally incorrect framed print (larger and more expensive than the one I ordered, wrong artist, wrong size). I sent details of that print but still had to send photo of the incorrect print for them to accept this. Following several more emails I then had to repackage the incorrect item and take another day off to await delivery of the correct framed print and ensure collection of the incorrect print. 2 days off, emails, repacking, late delivery of my print..............not even a thank you. I was satisfied with the correct framed print when it eventually arrived...........but the inconvenience to me, entirely of their making, was extremely disappointing.’
