I was initially sent a totally incorrect framed print (larger and more expensive than the one I ordered, wrong artist, wrong size). I sent details of that print but still had to send photo of the incorrect print for them to accept this. Following several more emails I then had to repackage the incorrect item and take another day off to await delivery of the correct framed print and ensure collection of the incorrect print. 2 days off, emails, repacking, late delivery of my print..............not even a thank you. I was satisfied with the correct framed print when it eventually arrived...........but the inconvenience to me, entirely of their making, was extremely disappointing.

Very pleased with the picture. It arrived promptly and the colours were much more radiant than on the internet with lots of different tones in the background.
