Art prints & frames, handmade in England since 1982
Stuart Roy studied Fine Art at University in Wales, working predominantly as a painter. Around this time, he developed a keen interest in photography, leading him to work as a freelance advertising photographer for a number of years.
Fascinated and inspired by the unique lighting of the skies and seas in East Anglia, Stuart's paintings capture the atmospheric qualities of the landscape, particularly of the beaches around the Norfolk Coast. The pleasing square format of these images work brilliantly as stretched canvases, particularly at large sizes. For a more traditional look, we love these prints framed simply in our bespoke white or oak frames.

Very pleased with beautiful bright blue colours which were just what I was after. We went for a 1 metre square canvas which was well presented & wrapped & delivered well. My only slight reservation, which I think may be because we chose such a large print was that there are circular marks over the print but from a distance they don't show up.

Bought this as a small sized pair with Seascape 7 from the same artist - they work well together. Very impressed with the framing options and quality. All in all good value for money.

Delighted with the picture but would have preferred to have to have had the image wrapped around the edges. The white edges do rather spoil the full effect. Maybe this could be offered as an option?
