Andy Warhol

Warhol was fond of animals, particularly cats and dogs. Alongside his depictions of celebrities and consumer goods, he produced a collection of animal portraits, including Yves Saint Laurent’s French Bulldog, Moujik, and Scottish art collector Gabrielle Keiller’s Dachshund, Maurice.
