This is my third piece by this item and my favourite so far. I liked being able to choose my own size and finish of frame from the quite extensive selection and the fact that it arrived within about 4 working days was wonderful. I also really liked the minimal, no fuss packaging - just enough for it to be secure and it was easy to unpack it without having to wade through (and then have to dispose of) mountains of bubble-wrap. I am going to order another piece from this company in the next week or so, I was very impressed with their service
