Andy Warhol

Andy Warhol (1928-1987) is undisputedly one of the most important and well-known artists of the 20th century. His influence goes beyond art and has profoundly inspired both style and lifestyle in our society. The 1960s was an extremely prolific decade for Warhol. Appropriating images from popular culture, Warhol created many iconic paintings, such as the Campbell’s Soup Cans and Marilyns.
