Art print by Claude Monet #84294

About the artist

Born in Paris in 1840, Monet was the founder and leading figure of the Impressionist movement and one of the most important painters in the history of art.

A master of light and colour, he would repeatedly paint the same scenes ‘en plein air’ in order to capture the changing light or passing of the seasons, most famously at his gardens in Giverny.

In this wonderfully comprehensive collection of prints and posters, you can see every stage in the painter’s prolific career. These iconic works look beautiful framed or as canvases, in small sizes as a cluster on a wall.

Good quality print and frame. Slow target to complete order (two weeks, which was achieved) compared with competitors. One week would be more reasonable. The competitor I mostly use offers the ability to choose the exact size of the print as well as a much wider choice of frames. I used this company on this particular occasion solely because they offered a particular print which wasn't available from my usual supplier. I would only use them again in the same circumstances.
