The Vale of the White Horse, c.1939

Born in 1903, Eric Ravilious was an English painter, designer, illustrator, and wood engraver. Seventy years ago, a children’s book of shopfronts was published, showcasing two dozen of his exquisite lithographs. Today, in collaboration with the V&A, we are delighted to present a carefully curated collection of art prints, faithfully reproduced from the works preserved in the museum’s archives.
