Niki Hare is a diverse, self-taught visual artist based in Gloucestershire. Working in a wide range of media, Hare focuses on deconstructing the world around us, viewing it from all angles. She layers paint and then scrapes it back to form textures, animating the surface of images and words. After a twenty-year equestrian career, Niki has returned to art with energy and passion. Her work has sparked international interest, featuring in exhibitions in the UK, Germany and the USA.
