The Highgrove Florilegium Prints

In a truly spectacular undertaking, 72 of the world’s leading botanical artists were invited to paint the plants and flowers of King Charles’s celebrated garden at Highgrove in Gloucestershire. The resulting Highgrove Florilegium – produced by Addison Publications – is an exceptional example of the tradition, with 124 plates that capture the vibrancy of plants both rare and commonplace.

This collection of contemporary illustrations is a true revival of the art of botanical drawing. The exquisite detail of each watercolour has been faithfully reproduced using the stochastic lithography process at Westerham Press in Kent.

The technique is the most coveted for replicating the delicacy of watercolour paintings. The Highgrove Florilegium is a limited edition of 175 numbered sets – set number 1/175 being held by His Majesty. Through our partnership, one set from the edition is available as exclusive, single prints.
