Long before Andy Warhol created his iconic silkscreens of soup cans and famous faces, his whimsical and endearing illustrations appeared in prestigious New York magazines and in 'Wild Raspberries' (1959), a witty, self-published cookbook he created with an interior designer.

Years before Andy Warhol turned the Campbell’s soup can into pop art legend, he was already playing with food. In 1959 he self-published ‘Wild Raspberries’, a satirical cookbook offering a witty commentary on the culinary and cultural tastes of the era.
