Art print by Alphonse Mucha #414628
Illustrator Alphonse Mucha (1860-1939), born in Moravia (now in the Czech Republic), was a key figurehead of the Art Nouveau movement. His densely-patterned posters take inspiration from the 'femme nouvelle' subject with strong young women depicted in goddess-like robes.
Each piece is a celebration of warmth and lush organic form - Mucha's defiant statement against an inflexible, industrialised world.

This was one of two prints which I ordered as Christmas presents for my sister. They were good value and good quality and she is delighted with them.

I bought the four seasons to replace those I already have which have faded. These were an excellent price and I am very pleased with my purchase, thank you
