How to hang your art

Our bespoke hand-made frames arrive complete with D-rings and picture cord attached. We also include a hanging pack with every order, which contains a wall plug and matching screw, and an instruction manual, so that you can decorate your walls the moment your prints arrive. Follow this simple step-by-step guide to hang your prints.
You will need the following tools and items to hang your artwork: tape measure, pencil, drill and a screwdriver, along with a screw and wall plug if hanging on a masonry wall.
- Measure the distance between hanger and the top of the frame.
- Mark the top corners of your frame on the wall
- Work out the centre point between the marks on the wall indicating the corners of the frame.
- Make a mark directly down from the centre using the distance you calculated between the top of the frame and the hanger.
- Determine your wall type; A solid sound suggests a masonry wall, a hollow sound indicates a stud wall
- For a masonry wall, drill a hole and insert the wall plug. Then screw in the screw provided.
- For a stud wall, the screw can be screwed directly into the wall.
- Hang your artwork and use a spirit level to ensure it's hung straight.
- Hang the frame using the string provided.
